At GANESH MURTI STORE , your satisfaction matters most. We work hard to make sure
every order is right, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help. Below is our fair and
easy return and refund policy.
Reasons You Can Request a Return or Refund
- Wrong Product Received
If you receive something different from what you ordered:
- You can return or exchange it.
- Important: You must share an unboxing video to prove the mistake.
- Manufacturing Defect
If the product has a defect from the factory:
- We’ll replace it or give you a full refund.
- A clear video showing the defect is needed for verification.
- Damaged in Transit
If your item is damaged during delivery:
- Let us know within 12 hours of receiving the product.
- An unboxing video is required.
Note: If your reason is not listed above, we may still consider your return, but
shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund.
How to Return a Product
A) Canceling an Order - To cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Orders already dispatched or items with same-day/fixed delivery (e.g., cakes,
flowers) cannot be canceled.
B) Damaged Product on Arrival - If the item is broken when it arrives, send us an unboxing video within 12 hours.
- We’ll take action immediately and offer a replacement or refund.
C) Wrong Product Received - If we shipped the wrong item, contact us through chat or email.
- Return it within 24 hours in unused condition with original packaging and
accessories. - You can choose between a full refund or a replacement.
Return Shipping Charges
For Orders Within India: - 0–500g: ₹100
- 501g–999g: ₹150
- 1–2kg: ₹250
- Above 2kg: ₹250 + ₹125 for each extra kg
For International Orders: - We refund only the product price.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Timelines - Refund starts after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- If approved, refund is made to your original payment method.
Estimated Time: - Online Refunds: Usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your
bank/payment gateway. - If needed, we may ask for a screenshot of your bank statement for verification.
⏱ The return delivery time to our warehouse may delay the refund process slightly.
